Mark’s experience makes him an ideal fit for our operations manager role. Initially supporting our team as a contractor to manage loan processing from submission to settlement, he joined The Financiers Group as a permanent employee in 2017.

Mark’s detailed lending operations knowledge allows him to manage and optimise our processes and policies. He understands the practices of our panel of lenders and works to align our approach to ensure we consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Mark’s ability to balance strong attention to detail with a big picture perspective lets him provide targeted training and support to our brokers and administrative staff.

Amy joined The Financiers Group in 2015 following roles in the finance and property sectors. Personable and professional, she delivers a hassle-free experience for her clients from their initial enquiry through to settlement.

Amy has extensive experience across all aspects of mortgage broking and is driven to create tailored financial solutions that help her clients to achieve their property ownership goals. Whether she’s working with first-home buyers or experienced investors, she takes the time to understand each client’s needs and guide them through the lending process, providing regular status updates.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Business and Master of Business Law from Monash University, along with a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. She’s fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Joe began his finance career at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Starting in a customer service position, Joe’s passion, diligence and outstanding lending skills saw him progress to a relationship management role working with high net worth clients.

Joe and his business partner, Chris Huynh, established The Financiers Group in 2015, believing that all clients deserve the five-star service reserved for VIPs at the Big Four banks. Since then, Joe and The Financiers Group have won a raft of industry awards in recognition of their lending expertise and unrivalled customer focus.

Specialising in complex loan structures and self-employed lending, Joe’s clients value his professionalism, knowledge and drive to help them meet their immediate goals while laying a solid foundation for the future.

Chris spent close to a decade in lending and relationship management roles at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia before establishing The Financiers Group with his business partner, Joe Xianjun Zhou.

Chris’s client-centred approach and comprehensive understanding of all aspects of mortgage broking have seen him recognised as a top performer in the Australian Mortgage Awards. He partners with his clients to build a deep understanding of their priorities and recommends lending solutions that ensure they’re on a strong financial footing both now and into the future.

Chris is passionate about sharing his expertise and regards mentoring his team as an important part of his role. He holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
